Dnevnik says PPE procurement set up in a way that allowed dodgy deals

Ljubljana, 6 November - Reflecting on the spring purchases of PPE and a preliminary inquiry by the anti-graft watchdog which will lead to additional investigations, Friday's commentary by Dnevnik says it is clear that the procurement scheme was set up so as to enable fishing in muddy waters.
