Bank profits down a fifth in first nine months
Ljubljana, 10 November - Slovenian banks posted a cumulative pre-tax profit of EUR 414 million for the first nine months of 2020, down a fifth over the same period last year. The decline would have been much sharper, 60%, were it not for the one-off impact of the merger of Abanka and NKBM, the central bank said in a report issued on Tuesday.
