Weather: Cloudy at first, clearer in afternoon

Ljubljana, 11 November - The sky above Slovenia on Thursday will be dominated by low cloud at first, but it is expected to get clearer during the day. It will be cloudier in the western region of Primorska. Morning lows will range from -2 to 4 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs are expected to stand at 8-14 degrees.
