Delo says Berlin Process summit did not pass the test

Ljubljana, 12 November - The summit of the Berlin Process dedicated to Western Balkans failed to stop Bulgarian cultural imperialism, thus sending the message to the Balkans that thinking in the European way does not pay off, the newspaper Delo says in a commentary on Thursday.
