Delo says Russia main winner of Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire

Ljubljana, 12 November - Delo says in Thursday's commentary that the main winner of the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh is Russia, which has managed, as usual, to eventually calm down the tensions in the Caucasus. But the paper also thinks that the Russian forces in the region are there to stay as problems are far from being solved.
