Pahor says still time for govt to congratulate Biden

Ljubljana, 16 November - President Borut Pahor told public broadcaster RTV Slovenija on Sunday evening that the government may had been late in introducing restrictive measures in the second wave of coronavirus infections. He also thinks there is still time for the government to congratulate US president elect Joe Biden.
