Delo says SMC will be tipping coalition scales

Ljubljana, 20 November - Speculating about what will happen after the Pensioners' Party (DeSUS) gets a new president, the newspaper Delo says on Friday that the government will be able to rule without the party, saying that the Modern Centre Party (SMC) will be the one dipping the scales.
