Primorske Novice welcomes planned military investments

Koper, 27 November - Primorske Novice is critical of two left-leaning parties which promote a referendum on the bill which brings the Slovenian army the much needed EUR 780 million in six years, saying on Friday that the Armed Forces have been neglected for too long.
