Jourova urges EU countries to refrain from pressure on media
Brussels, 3 December - The European Commission is closely monitoring the developments regarding the suspension of financing of the Slovenian Press Agency (STA), European Commission Vice President for Values and Transparency Vera Jourova said on Thursday. She highlighted the role of public media and urged member states to refrain from attempts to exert pressure on them.
