Equal Opportunities Ombudsman challenges family law
Ljubljana, 7 December - Equal Opportunities Ombudsman Miha Lobnik has asked the Constitutional Court to review as a priority parts of the family law concerning matrimony and partnership as well as adoption. The ombudsman believes these provisions contain elements of discrimination based on sexual orientation.
