Higher court orders retrial in Tušmobil spectrum bribery case

Ljubljana, 10 December - The Ljubljana Higher Court has repealed the acquittal of Tomaž Simonič, the former director of the Agency for Communication Networks and Services, in a case involving wireless spectrum bribery. It ordered a retrial, Delo reported on Thursday.

Tomaž Simonič, the former head of the Agency for Communication Networks and Services (AKOS), appears in court over abuse of office charges related to the awarding of a spectrum licence to Tušmobil.
