Higher court orders retrial in Tušmobil spectrum bribery case

Ljubljana, 10 December - The Ljubljana Higher Court has repealed the acquittal of Tomaž Simonič, the former director of the Agency for Communication Networks and Services, in a case involving wireless spectrum bribery. It ordered a retrial, Delo reported on Thursday.
