Slovenian MEPs welcome EU summit's compromise on rule or law

Ljubljana, 11 December - Slovenia's eight MEPs have welcomed a compromise which lifts the Poland-Hungary blockade of the EUR 1.8 trillion in budgetary and recovery funds over the rule of law. The compromise, reached at this week's EU summit, says funds could be withdrawn from a member state only after a breach of the rule of law is established by the EU's court.
