Anti-graft watchdog hands Vizjak case to ATVP
Ljubljana, 14 December - The Commission for the Prevention of Corruption has closed its investigation into the case of Environment Minister Andrej Vizjak's purchase of Petrol shares ahead of the full liberalisation of fuel prices after concluding that this is not within its purview. It handed the case over to the Securities Market Agency (ATVP).
