Legendary cinematographer Ivan Marinček - Žan dies
Ljubljana, 14 December - Ivan Marinček - Žan, a pioneer in Slovenian black and white film photography, cameraman and film editor has died, aged 98 years, the Slovenian Film Centre said on Monday. He worked as cinematographer on 17 feature films, including the first Slovenian sound feature film, Na Svoji Zemlji (On Our Own Land), directed by France Štiglic.
