Ljubljana, 23 December - While Germany has stopped public life ahead of Christmas, there is a country that has done the opposite, Mladina says in its latest commentary, noting that this is Slovenia, whose Prime Minister Janez Janša is the "chief epidemiologist acting in political panic".
