Trade unions ask ombudsmen to scrutinise retirement provisions

Ljubljana, 6 January - Trade unions asked on Wednesday two ombudsmen to assess the provisions in the latest stimulus package which legislate retirement of workers as soon as they meet formal criteria. The ombudsmen were asked to assess them from the aspect of discrimination, with the equal opportunities ombudsman already launching a procedure.
