Dnevnik says Capitol Hill riot had to happen

Ljubljana, 8 January - The newspaper Dnevnik says in Friday's commentary that US President Donald Trump's supporters breaking into Congress had to happen so that prominent Republicans finally stop the "dangerous game of supporting Trump's bizarre disputing of the election process and political outbursts and manoeuvres, which were unimaginable only a few years ago".
