Ljubljana, 18 January - Reporter says in its latest commentary that the purpose of the upcoming constructive vote of no confidence in the Janez Janša government is to see who is who and who is on whose side, or to put it more directly - to break up the Modern Centre Party (SMC) into "two tribes".
