Ljubljana, 19 January - Clouds will make their way into the country on Tuesday, first reaching the western region of Primorska and the south-central Notranjska. Morning lows will be well below freezing, and daytime highs are forecast from 1 to 7 degrees Celsius, up to 8 at the seaside.
