Public health insurance fund ends 2020 with EUR 87m deficit

Ljubljana, 26 January - The public Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS) finished last year with a EUR 87 million deficit, which it covered from its own reserves. Director general Marjan Sušelj said that the ZZZS had nevertheless operated successfully in 2020 despite the Covid-19 epidemic.
