Večer says police lost battle with politics
Maribor, 29 January - Anton Olaj, a retired police officer and until yesterday an Interior Ministry state secretary, being appointed the police commissioners means that politics has the strongest grip on the Slovenian police to date, the newspaper Večer suggests on Friday.
