"Masks are off, Janša government stays on": After a day-long listing of accusations against the government by the opposition on the one hand and of its achievements by the coalition on the other, only 40 MPs voted in favour of a vote of no confidence in the Janez Janša government. "Four bidders for 5G": Four bids have been submitted for frequencies for the fifth generation mobile network with the result of the auction not to be known for several months longer. (front page, page 8)

Excess mortality
"Considerable excess of average of deaths": Even though the coronavirus epidemic appears to be declining, the global and domestic death tolls are considerable; last year Slovenia had almost 3,650 deaths above the average for the past five years, and Europe more than 300,000. (front page, page 3)
