Dnevnik suggests Poklukar offered but diagnosis, not cure

Ljubljana, 18 February - The newspaper Dnevnik gives Janez Poklukar the credit for understanding the health system and its problems well, but also says that diagnosis is not a cure and that the government he is joining as the new health minister has often ignored experts' arguments.
