Top court improves judicial recusal oversight mechanisms

Ljubljana, 9 March - The Constitutional Court has overhauled its internal oversight procedures to prevent mistakes related to judicial recusal, its president Rajko Knez said in a statement on Monday. The development comes after media reports that one of the judges told the court he had unintentionally not excluded himself from a case.
