Another major step taken in transfer of Mecator to Fortenova

Zagreb, 12 March - Shareholders of the Croatian group Fortenova made decisions on Friday that further pave the way for it to absorb the Slovenian retailer Mercator after the bankruptcy of Fortenova's predecessor and Mercator's former owner Agrokor. One of the moves is raising money to lend it on Mercator so that the company can restructure its debt.
