Slovenian minority in Austria's Carinthia down to one mayor

Klagenfurt, 15 March - The Slovenian minority in the Austrian state of Carinthia is left with only one mayor as Franc Jožef Smrtnik of the United List (EL), the mayor of Eisenkappel (Železna Kapla), has lost the run-off with Elisabeth Lobnik of the Social Democrats (SPÖ).
