Večer thinks new water legislation will make matters worse

Ljubljana, 23 March - Looking at the state of Slovenia's waters and its likely deterioration due to climate change, Večer opines in Tuesday's commentary that water protection should be stepped up, while it is instead being relaxed with a new water protection law.
