Dnevnik says govt breaking "do no significant harm" rule

Ljubljana, 25 March - Dnevnik says in Thursday's commentary that Slovenia has broken the "do no significant harm" rule for the EU recovery package in its national plan several times, including with road infrastructure projects. It adds that drafting the national recovery plan in secrecy is playing with public money and the future of young people.
