Ljubljana, 30 March - Blue chips had a mixed day on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday, but with winners outnumbering losers by two to one, the SBI TOP benchmark added 0.1% to 988.20 points. Volumes reached EUR 1.9 million.
