Večer comments on Slovenia's "second EU presidency"

Maribor, 10 April - With 90% of EU presidency's agenda determined by the European Council while the pandemic is not yet expected to let up, the Slovenian government will have an easy time "delegating the blame" for Slovenia's second EU presidency not being as spectacular as some would expect it to be onto at least two facts, Večer says on Saturday.
