Outdoor hospitality
"Bar owners inviting to terraces and beer gardens again": Hospitality establishments in eight of Slovenia's twelve statistical regions will be allowed to serve guests at outdoor tables from 7am to 7pm for a week starting from Monday under a government decision. (front page)

Government agencies
"Merging of eight agencies": The government has obviously not buried yet its plans to set up two super-agencies by merging eight government agencies, as a legislative proposal on this is to be discussed at an emergency parliamentary session. (front page, 2)

Opposition
"Opposition fears intimidation": One of the three deputy speakers, Jože Tanko (SDS), has proposed to the college of deputy leaders changes to the parliamentary rules that would enable physical removal of an MP who disturbs the debate. (front page, 2)

Vaccination
"Ljubljana's vaccination rate at 17.5%": The biggest vaccination centre in the country - the Ljubljana fairgrounds - has so far seen more than 70,000 or 17.5% of the people getting a shot of a Covid-19 vaccine. (front page, 3)

Corruption
"Pivec lied about who paid for her trip": Former Agriculture Minister Aleksandra Pivec lied when she claimed that during her public-private trip to the coastal town of Izola her sons did not stay at the Marina hotel. In fact, they did and the municipality paid for it. And not just once, the paper says, quoting documents from the anti-graft watchdog. (front page, 3)

Vaccination
"60% of people in Ljubljana could be vaccinated in a month": The vaccination process in Ljubljana is going on schedule and in line with the vaccination strategy. By 8 April, almost 60,000 people were vaccinated in Ljubljana. The vaccination rate for people over 80 is at 60%. (front page, 9)

Takeovers
"New mega bank takeover": According to unofficial information, the Hungarian banking group OTP is eyeing the NKBM bank. If the two banks merged, NLB would no longer be the biggest bank in the country. (front page, 4)

Kolosej
"Racman finally loses Kolosej. When will it be on sale?": The former owner of Kolosej, Sergej Racman, has finally lost the cinema chain operator as a court decision on this became final on 17 February. Under an optimistic scenario, the complex could be put up for sale this summer. (front page, 5)
