Delo says Balkan border redrawing ideas dangerous

Ljubljana, 16 April - The newspaper Delo comments on the decision of the Constitutional Court that the act on defence investments is not unconstitutional, saying Slovenia has decided to keep an army and must thus fund it. However, only equipment and soldiers are not enough to be safe, the paper says, pointing to ideas of redrawing borders on the Balkans.
