Analyst says non-paper on Bosnia harmful for Slovenia's EU presidency
Ljubljana, 16 April - An international relations expert has told the STA that the non-paper that redraws borders in the Western Balkans could have a very negative impact on the upcoming Slovenia's presidency of the EU, and that Slovenia is taking a new approach on Bosnia-Herzegovina in order to resolve the open border issues with Croatia more easily.
