Primorske Novice critical of de-bureaucratization bill

Koper, 19 April - The newspaper Primorske Novice is critical in its commentary on Monday of the government's plan to abolish the obligatory public architectural competitions. Under the headline Hurdle with a Reason, the paper says the plan clearly shows the poor attitude of the state toward spatial planning.
