SBI TOP index up in mixed trading

Ljubljana, 20 April - The SBI TOP index of blue chips traded on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange closed 0.68% higher at 1,057.14 points on Tuesday. Pharmaceutical maker Krka was the busiest stock, accounting for almost half of EUR 1.3 million in daily turnover and gaining 2.43% to EUR 105.50.
