Petrol shareholders to get dividend of EUR 22 per share

Ljubljana, 22 April - The annual general meeting of energy company Petrol decided on Thursday to pay out a dividend of EUR 22 gross per share, as proposed by the management board, which is on a par with last year and the highest dividend so far. The management meanwhile announced it had filed a damages suit against the former management board.
