Time to liberate Slovenian nation again, says WWII Veterans' Association

Ljubljana, 26 April - The WWII Veterans' Association marked Resistance Day with a call to "liberate the Slovenian nation once again" as it criticised the authorities for curtailing fundamental rights under the pretext of containing the epidemic.

A memorial in front of the house in which the Liberation Front was established in April 1941, originally believed it was formed on 27 April but it was later established the date was 26 April. The inscription says: On 27 April 1941 the Liberation Front of the Slovenian Nation was established in this house.
