Ljubljana, 30 April - Although it may have seemed at first that the 78-year-old Joe Biden will be a president with a modest programme who will mostly try to calm down political passions and say goodbye after four years, now he is painting a different picture, the newspaper Dnevnik says about the US president in Friday's commentary Grand-Scale and Surprising.
