Večer thinks govt will find it difficult to push water act through

Maribor, 4 May - Večer says in Tuesday's commentary that, given that another civil initiative has started collecting signatures for a referendum against changes to the waters act, Environment Minister Andrej Vizjak will find it difficult to win. Lack of trust in the government is another problem.
