Koper, 11 May - The arrival of 21 foreign police officers, who will help intercept illegal migrants on the Slovenian-Croatian border, has been welcomed by locals, but it remains to be seen what this will in fact do to prevent illegal border crossings, Primorske Novice comments on Tuesday.
