Delo critical of recovery and resilience plan

Ljubljana, 15 May - The national recovery and resilience plan is a missed opportunity for Slovenia, says the newspaper Delo on Saturday, noting that the country should have invested more in digitalisation and R&D in an attempt to close the gap between itself and most developed countries.
