Reporter says EU presidency will be nothing like that in 2008

Ljubljana, 17 May - Reporter says in its latest commentary that it is already clear that Slovenia's upcoming presidency of the EU Council will be a very different story than 13 years ago, and that it will not bring glory to the prime minister or be an opportunity for him to use the presidency as an advertisement ahead of the next election.
