Maribor, 18 May - Following the parliament's failure to endorse the agenda of a crucial multi-day plenary, it should become evident that the time has come for a fresh election, says the daily Večer on Tuesday. At the bare minimum, PM Janez Janša should at least call a vote of confidence in the government, it notes.
