Slovenian EU presidency born under an unlucky star, says Delo

Ljubljana, 19 May - Slovenia's presidency of the Council of the EU is being born "under an unlucky star", writes the newspaper Delo in Wednesday's front-page commentary under the headline that says the same. However, the paper also says that diplomats may still save something of what politicians have jeopardised.
