Court rules parties cannot demand refund from defected MPs

Ljubljana, 20 May - The Supreme Court has ruled that an MP elected on a list of a certain party is not obliged to repay this party election campaign costs if they later leave the deputy group, are excluded from the party or terminate cooperation with it, according to a report in Thursday's newspaper Delo.
