Večer says NKBM acquisition by OTP bank not a surprise

Maribor, 1 June - It is not surprising that Hungary's OTP Bank has acquired NKBM, but what is surprising is the pace and manner in which the US fund Apollo is selling the Slovenian second largest bank, says the newspaper Večer on Tuesday, describing the acquisition as a landmark event.
