Slovenian and Italian officials mark independence anniversary together

Nova Gorica/Gorizia, 24 June - Senior guests from Slovenia and Italy marked the 30th anniversary of Slovenia's independence in the square linking the city of Nova Gorica with its Italian counterpart Gorizia last night in what President Borut Pahor hailed as an "unprecedented" occasion.
