Delo on water referendum: Development must benefit environment

Ljubljana, 9 July - Slovenia is above-average rich in waters, which can be counted as its greatest asset. It should be thus established whether the state will give priority to the protection of the environment or development, the newspaper Delo says on Friday, the last day of campaigning before Sunday's referendum on the new waters legislation.
