Paper says referendum showed people don't trust Janša govt

Koper, 13 July - The newspaper Primorske Novice says on Tuesday that the outcome of the waters referendum is a clear sign that people do not trust the government any more. It wonders whether decision-makers will learn anything from what it labels an outright referendum defeat for the government coalition.
