May pay up on April in nominal terms, down in real terms

Ljubljana, 22 July - The average gross pay in Slovenia in May stood at EUR 2,008, up 0.7% nominally on April and down 0.2% in real terms. Totalling EUR 1,287, the average net pay was up 0.6% in nominal terms and down 0.3% in real terms, the Statistics Office said on Thursday. Only the public sector saw the monthly increase in the average gross pay.
